Upon entering any medical clinic in the country you are presented with a 7 page document requiring complete disclosure of you and your medical history from head to toe plus some background information on your mother and father as to why they had you to start with. I offer a fictional account of what you may expect to encounter in those seven awful pages. Your federal controlled state medical authority first ask your name rank and serial number, that is your name and your address where you stay and your SS socialism control number. Then they begin by requiring your height & weight and all important date of birth and age. Then they want your medical condition and records physically and mentally for their files, telling you that it will be absolutely secure in their massive data bank of all the sick folks. Somewhere along the way you might find those records on line for sale if they are salable. The movie Sicko did not cover the destructive application to receive medical treatment. Answer yes if you have had any of the following diseases-doubt, gout, headache, aids, heart attack, stroke, fear, diabetes, rheumatism, rashes, vomiting, diarrhea, male or female problems, convulsions, leprosy, abortion, sudden death syndrome, sids, insomnia, bb / bo malnutrition, obesity, stiffness, hernia, muralism, aneurysm, patriotism, paranoia, hyper-tension, constipation, operation, insimulation, multiplication, anxiety, alzheimer's and so many more disorders in a medical dictionary that you can put on your permanent record. Not only can it take hours to fill out but the physician must read all this and by the time he or she sees the patient it is no wonder they have only 27 seconds to listen to the patient to make a final diagnosis of what the patient is suffering from. The paperwork is a mountain. Weight is all-important to be on this form yet for obesity the medical profession have no cure, they also have no cure for a common cold and no prevention whatsoever in history. If the medical system worked then people could tolerate some of the oppressive red tape. By all means list next of kin or person to contact in case of an emergency, in case they kill you in the process they need to know where to deliver the body, many things can happen in those 27 seconds average a doctor listens to the patient before diagnosing the problem. The above makes as much sense as the form you fill out. If that's not enough let me venture into the invasion of privacy and the surplus information floating around for all to see and hear and use to their advantage being public guinea pigs? Many of these forms require your religious faith if you have any which must be one of 3 categories. Jewish, Catholic (as Christian) or Moslem with occasional Hindu or Buddhist. The true American Christian Protestant faith is not included in their mentality mythology. Believe it or not! Who wants to know? Have you ever seen a ghost? The scenario becomes more ridiculous when in fact reality and fiction merge to imagine a much deeper intrusion into one's self of this is your life in 7 pages of unnecessary data on every patient or victim in asking. What are your pains and habits to make you happy or sad? Have you ever behaved strangely? What is your sexual preference? Have you ever committed suicide? Have you ever become angry with a neighbor? Are you a registered Republican? Do you belong to any secret organizations or do you believe in faith healing? Have you ever had any psychological evaluations and if not, why not? Do you believe in evolution and if not why not? The next questions may have a yes only answer and if you dare answer No, then please report to our thought crimes Task Force for prosecution. But please go quietly. Whatever you say or do may and will be used against you. Now if you have completed all these questions and scored highly you have the right to be treated.
